Program

| Early
Head Start Eligibility into the program is based on the income guidelines below, as well as other qualifying factors. Children accepted into the EHS program are usually under 24 months at the time of enrollment. Families must also live within Utah County in order to be eligible. As many factors as possible are taken into account when determining eligibility, but due to a limited number of openings, some families may be placed on a waiting list until space is available. 1999 Early Head Start Income Eligibility Guidelines Definition of income: 1.
