Eileen has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University.
Eileen began her career at Kids On the Move in 1991 as a Parent Liaison, making visits to families who called for information and support for their child. Over the years, her responsibilities grew and in 1997 she became the Early Intervention Program Coordinator. She was selected in March 2010 as the new Executive Director to succeed Stuart Collyer, who was retiring.
When Eileen started working for Kids On the Move in 1991, there was one service program (Early Intervention) and about 60 children receiving services monthly. Since then KOTM has added Child Care, Early Head Start, and now the Bridges Program, serving an average of 830 children per month in 2010.

Katie has a Master of science from the Erikson Institute in Chicago, IL, with an emphasis in Child Development. She worked as an Infant & Toddler Specialist from 2006-2008 where she helped initiate Utah’s Infant/Toddler Network and quality grants for infant care. Katie has teaching experience with Head Start, and has served on several committees for early childhood conferences and State early childhood associations, including UHSA and UAEYC. She’s been directing the Early Head Start Program at Kids on the Move since 2008.

Kelsey has a Master of Social Work with an emphasis in child welfare from the University of Utah.
Kelsey joined Kids On the Move in April 2010 as the Early Intervention Program Director. She brings over 10 years of nonprofit management experience focused on improving the lives of children and families.
Most recently, Kelsey was the Director of Recruitment for the Utah Foster Care Foundation, where she created and launched the first statewide campaign to recruit foster and adoptive families for children in Utah. The program was highly successful, recruiting over 6,000 families in a 10 year period. She directed marketing, public relations, and community outreach strategies that earned national recognition for the program.
Kelsey is thrilled to be working with the talented professionals at Kids On the Move!

Laurie has two Bachelor of Science Degrees: one in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Pscyhology from Utah Valley University, and a second in Communication Disorders from Utah State University. She is currently earning an Autism Specialized Studies Certificate through the University of California-Davis.
Laurie began working with children with autism in 2000 as a part-time aide in a home based ABA prgoram. Quickly this part-time job became an interest that changed her education focus and professional goals. Throughout the years, she has worked with several families as a consultant, creating behavioral and education plans.
In 2008 Laurie fulfilled her goal to work with Kids On the Move by joining the staff as an Early Intervention Specialist, where she provided direct in-home and center based services to children with a variety of developmental delays, including Autism. Due to her expertise with direct services to children with autism as well as organizational development, she was selected as the new Bridges Program Director in April 2010.
Laurie has been trained in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Floortime (DIR), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), and Best Practices Interventions with Autism.

Scott has a Master of Public Administration degree from Brigham Young University’s George W. Romney Institute of Public Management. He joined the staff of Kids On The Move as the Development Director in July 2008.
He brings over 13 years of executive level management experience in the nonprofit and state government fields. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the United Way of Utah County; Executive Director of the Utah Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and also was appointed by both former Governors Michael Leavitt and Olene Walker to serve as the Executive Director of the Utah Governor’s Commission on Volunteers from 2001-2005.
He has been involved on numerous statewide boards and committees including several years as a member of the Utah Nonprofits Association’s Board of Directors where he served on the Membership and Governance Committees.
Scott and his wife Brittany live in Orem with their young daughter and son.
